Melinda J. Kwart, Esq. Elected Chairperson, Attleboro Planning Board
Taunton, MA attorney Melinda J. Kwart of the firm Percy, Tedeschi & Associates, PC is named the 2008-2009 Chairperson of the Planning Board of the City of Attleboro. Attorney Kwart had previously been vice-chair having been a member of the Planning Board for seven years. Attorney Kwart commented that "serving the City has been both fulfilling personally and a basis for a deep understanding of the Massachusetts subdivision and land use control laws."
Kelli M. Sarrett, Esq. elected Treasurer of Taunton Bar Association
The Taunton Bar Association was pleased to announce Kelli M. Sarrett, an attorney at Percy, Tedeschi & Associates, PC was elected Treasurer for 2008 (and having been the immediate prior appointed Secretary). Thomas J. Percy appointed to United Way of Attleboro/Taunton Board of Directors

Citizens for Citizens, Inc., a Massachusetts based charity recently announced that they have given the Hubert H. Humphrey Humanitarian Business Award to Percy, Tedeschi & Associates, P.C., a regional Massachusetts and Rhode Island based law firm, for their continued support of the organization's charitable mission. At the award ceremony, held in Somerset, Massachusetts, its Executive Director spoke of "the law firm's longstanding generosity and concern for the children, elderly and less fortunate" in our community.
