Diane M. Sunderland is a graduate of Bridgewater State College and Southern New England School of Law. She has worked at the law firm of Percy, Tedeschi & Associates since 2003. Prior to becoming an Attorney, Ms. Sunderland worked as a real estate paralegal, developing a close relationship with lenders, brokers and real estate agents while assisting them with all aspects of the Real Estate closing process. Ms. Sunderland has also worked under three different Attorneys, gaining valuable experience practicing in the areas of Domestic Relations, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury and Real Estate Title Insurance Claims. Currently Ms. Sunderland has focused her practice in the areas of Real Estate, Domestic Relations, and Personal Injury. Prior to pursuing her law career, Ms. Sunderland was an Auditor for State Street Corporation. She monitored everyday activity on 401k and pension accounts as well as supervising the Portfolio Accountants. She was also involved in a major conversion of assets from an investment firm in California to State Street Corporation. Attorney Sunderland was born in Fall River, Massachusetts. She is married and has two children. She has resided in Taunton, Massachusetts since 2000.
